I don’t understand why the reviews are so bad unless you’re unreasonably impatient or not paying attention to your claim submit. I am a life guard and I’ve done over 10 claims with Assurant and they have been amazing and upgraded my phone when the original was discontinued. I’ve had my phone shipped in 3 days depending on weather and the return is always seamless. The deductible is a reasonable price after all my phone is 1k and I’ve never had a issue with the replacement l
