Went to Covent Garden branch of Astley Clarke yesterday 26/11/21. Staff were absolutely amazing, welcoming, polite & patient, a lovely lady was so helpful - she engraved & put photo on my daughters locket necklace which we purchased before Covid lockdown plus gave extra photos to take away. All staff were very welcoming. Thank you so much. Will definitely recommend & buy again.
