This is the first time I've ever left feedback since I don't believe in it but I'd be doing both the company Astounded and the manufacturer Pulse a disservice if I didn't make a comment. I ordered a Pulse Trekker i300 some weeks ago. It was delivered the next day. Pretty good but wait for the rest. There was a defect in the product. I phoned Astounded who said that they would send a replacement within 24 hours and pick up the defective item at the same time. All this came to pass. A miracle! As for the amp, the literature claims that the battery will last at least 8 hours. Mine is now well over 30 and I still can't get the red light to come on! I can't sing the praises of both Astounded and Pulse highly enough.
