These days, the Internet can be a barrier between the customer and the seller,but not so with Astounded. I am a musical novice, just setting up in a group with two others. We were concious that we would need a small PA system and I looked at various potentially suitable items on a variety of sites across the web. The descriptions and specs on the Astounded website were thorough and helpful, and pricing was competitive. I also communicated with the store by email and on the phone, and all exchanges were friendly, patient and specific. I ordered the PA system from them, and was delighted with it. I have since been back to order microphone stands, and a wired microphone,seeking advice/recommendation first, and happy with the outcomes. Delivery times and packaging are excellent. I will not hesitate to use them again.
