Steve (Sale's Manager ??) promptly responded to my request for advice and was able to effectively, efficiently and speedily offer and show me a variety of different speakers for my situation. Indeed, he spent time explaining some basic speaker electronics to myself in order to help me better understand what I was purchasing yet was able to guide me to make the correct decision. He is an asset to Astounded and does the company a huge credit. I implore that he receives the appropriate praise for his professional and friendly attitude in dealing with customers like myself. Due to his great help I will definitely be using Astounded again in the future if I have any more audio equipment needs.
