Helpful advice and received quicker than anticipated. Delivery was a painless process and i was kept informed of progress. System is excellent with plenty power and inputs. Unfortunately the headset doesn't work but I had an unused headset from my old system which worked perfectly in the new box so didn't bother getting a replacement. Plus I don't really like headsets and had ordered a wireless handheld and a wired Mic, both of which work very well. Delighted with the service but would have been disappointed if i had been depending on the headset. Suggest providing a wireless handheld should be given as an option rather than having to search for one which is compatible.
