They were very helpful in guiding me to the right solution to my specification and through the purchase, delivery and set up process. The person who answered the phone was quickly up to speed regarding where I was in the process and the information I needed. We have given it its first and everyone was delighted with the performance. Between now and Christmas I’m sure it will get quite a bit more use. I think one of the best features is the battery operation. I will certainly recommend both the product and Astounded to others.
