Fabulous service all the way. I'm not a techy person so called Astounded for some advice and got some excellent advice in non-techy speak. My order arrived within 24 hours of placing the order and although one of the items was not what I had ordered, a quick phone call and the issue was resolved and the one I had ordered was with me, again within 24 hours. In my experience, everyone makes mistakes but it is how they are resolved makes the difference and Astounded were fantastic.
