I 'phoned late on the Friday of a bank holiday weekend for kit that I needed for the Monday. Told that it was in stock I travelled up for it rather than trust the vagaries of a courier company at bank holiday. On arrival late on Saturday I was told that the last of the items I needed had been sold. Not to worry though, the parts were brought together from stock and display, a bit of judicious soldering and I was supplied and on my way back home with the kit after only a very short delay. At this late stage on a bank holiday weekend, with most companies I would expect to have returned home with nothing but apologies, but these boys were bettter than that. Well done and many thanks.
