Awful experience with this company. They have 'hassle-free' returns and mention they'll provide the shipping label. They did not uphold their returns policy and ignored me when I sent a screenshot of their return policy and kept trying to delay the return process so I wouldn't be able to ship back within their 30 day return policy. They said that they no longer provide shipping labels but hadn't changed their refund policy on their site. Also the email they provide on their site for returns doesn't work - you just receive a bounceback email. They just want to keep their money and provide customers false guarantees. They also say it will be express shipped but mine arrived 13 days late. I was able to get my money back only by escalating it to my credit card company. I posted a negative review on trust pilot and they asked me to reach out to them. I did but they didn't respond. They do everything just for show and do not follow through with anything. Worst company I've ever dealt with. I wish I could give negative 5 stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
