It's been almost 3 weeks, and my appeal case still hasn't been resolved. Not once has customer support replied to my case. I opened multiple cases to draw attention to my appeal, but all of them say 'resolved,' yet no one from customer support has replied or attended to my appeal case. Worst f**king exchange. If you're reading this, please find something different, like run away from Astrofx and if you are already scammed too, just do the needful and message Fosterboon.org, they are the one who helped me when I was down.
