I saw an ad on Facebook about which sign your compatible with or if you were compatible with your current spouse. It said it was $1.00 so I thought I’d try it out. Paid and received nothing. Tried to continue through the navigation and clicked a button thinking I would receive something and got charged another 28.99 and still didn’t receive anything. I immediately canceled anything I signed up for on the website and sent them a message that I’d like a refund for at least the 28.99 as I never received information. I received an email back days later stating that when clicking the button I accepted the terms to pay 28.99 and they wouldn’t refund my money. I responded and still waiting to hear back. Worst customer service ever. I know that they can tell the time I purchased and the time I reached out showing that I wasn’t trying to pay 28.99. I just wanted to receive what I had originally paid for. A few days later I received an email “Thanks for subscribing” this was after I unsubscribed that same day I requested a refund. So they automatically subscribed me back into something I didn’t request.
