My experience with Astteria was nothing short of amazing! I was browsing for ideas for the ring online and I came across Astteria. I called and spoke to the sales manager, Ehud, in London and he was very helpful in explaining everything I asked. I asked a whole lot of questions because I was a little skeptical about buying site unseen, especially a ring that is this expensive. I think we exchanged 35 emails after we spoke and even during the Passover holiday he answered my questions. I think one of the things I was also most impressed with was the packaging and presentation of the ring when I received it, the box is magnificent along with the extra velvet pouch for safe keeping. I’m so happy with my purchase and my newly acquired fiancé is so excited about her ring! I will absolutely do more business and refer any of my friends to Astteria for any jewelry needs.
