I have an GX550LWS (Zephyrus Duo) that i purchased in July 2021 and it has a no post issue that i experienced on 7th Oct 2021 and i registered a service request regarding that on 8th oct 2021. It's been more than a week and i haven't heard from Asus Service yet.I think that notebook that cost more than $2500 USD should be serviced ASAP. I had an Dell Alienware before and i think that compared to Dell, Asus provides very pathetic after sales service.i made a mistake by buying an Asus product.

Laptop still haven't been serviced yet.
I would to tell people that don't buy Asus Notebooks instead go for dell or hp.
