I watch most of Chef Tom's YouTube videos & took the plunge in October to order some of the brines & rubs he uses. Suffice to say that my spatchcocked 16 lbs. turkey was PERFECT & a hit for Thanksgiving. I ordered the Turkey brine bath( AMAZING) & the Cattleman's coffee rub. We followed Chef Tom's directions &... VOILA! Awesome, moist, flavorful turkey. I received my order very quickly & was notified of delivery updates.
