I came across ATB on YouTube randomly my wife and daughter and I love watching chef Tom and have tried multiple recipes and look forward to trying more. I really like how atb puts all the recipes up on their website and make it super simple with all the rubs or sauces used right there to purchase. After starting on cheap propane grills knowing nothing about grilling then upgrading to charcoal grills learning direct and indirect cooking methods and finally getting an offset smoker I’ve really learned to love and enjoy bbqing new things and thanks to ATB I can continue to learn more. Looking to add a Yoder to my collection one day.
