I have waited so long to purchase my YS640s, and now it is here!
The first thing I did was smoke a brisket (see videos below)(Yes, you can use them!)
There were a few snafus on delivery, but Hannah made sure I was taken care of and everything worked out for the best. I am very pleased!!!
