This is my first year as a photographer and the nerves were real! My mind was all over the place and it always came out when interacting with my clients. I'd have them bouncing from one idea to the next in hopes that I'd get them to smile for real. When I started looking for ways to pose clients I found Athena and Cameron's Master Class. I signed up for every freebie I could because I loved them and their simple but super effective way of helping guide people to focus on each other instead of what I was doing behind the camera! After going through as much as I could for free - which is a lot! - I invested in their class. They helped to get me focused on what really matters, the people that I'm photographing, THEIR connection, THEIR story! Now I don't have to stress about having super awkward, forced photos anymore. And I don't have to fret about putting them in the right"pose." Instead I capture joy and intimacy in an authentic way. My nerves are also gone because they've taught me it's not my job to make them look like they are having a good time, I simply allow space for them to ACTUALLY have a good time by using invitations! Athena, Cameron, I thank God for you, and for your heart to teach photographers a better way to photograph clients.
