I'm afraid my experience of this company doesn't match the other reviews I've read. Five Pinnacle bar stools in Walnut arrived and they were so dark they were almost black, nothing like the photo on the website. I asked for the stools to be swapped with the Oak colour but was met with total stubbornness. They wanted me to pay for the return of the stools, £30 in total (the cost of one stool entire) and didn't accept that because the colour didn't match the image I could claim the goods weren't as described, i.e. faulty. What stunned me the most was the complete disregard for me as a customer, they stuck to their refusal to accept fault and it makes me think that they're not a fair company to deal with. Warning - check the colour first.
