Ordered 6 dinning chairs
Very bed fitting like a toy.
Very polite staff ,however
Extremely unhelpful with no common sense ,Received chairs
With damaged floor protector and few of the floor protector started falling off after few days, making chairs un steady. My 12 years daughter has fallen of as a result. Issue could have resolved by apologising and sending floor protectors .
Did not gave any complaints procedure keep on insisting that it will be on the note.
