Ordered three pyjamas, received only one. The one I did receive was described as blue both online and in promotional magazine. However, the one that was delivered was labelled as turquoise. It looked more like green and was nothing like the blue I thought I had ordered according to photos online and in the promotional magazine. Their standard contact phone number will cost you 13p per minute. Unfortunately I had to ring to chase the outstanding items. Seven days later I had to ring again to chase the outstanding items. The attitude of Customer Service Staff gave me the impression that the type of poor service I had received was typical for their Company. The ‘service’ I received was so far removed from my expectations that I cannot possibly recommend anyone ever buying anything from this Company. If you do then you run the risk of being extremely disappointed in the same way that I was.
