Don't book online for a Saturday tyre fitting at Hull!! I needed a weekend appointment (because I work all week) so I booked my car in for 2 new tyres paid online, got conformation and even a text message on the Friday before saying "Don't forget your appointment with ATS Euromaster tomorrow: Hull 2021-10-02 08:30" So Saturday came, I arrived at 8:15am but the shop was closed and the gates were locked. I waited until after 9am but there was no sign of anyone. I tried their telephone number but there was no answer. Now I an £150 out of pocket. ATS are simply criminal!
