I had gone to do an oil change on my car today the last time it was done was at ATS euromaster so here we go the sump plug has been put back on without a washer and with an impact gun or torque wrench it had been over tightened to the point getting it off was only achieved by ridiculous amount of force with the Allen key. That much force it had split the sump and killed it this is because of what I said no washer and overtightened with something. An absolute joke I'm without a car now it left me stranded for 2 days wasted 5 litres of oil because it's just pissing out the split a new plug and washer was brought and was leaking then found out it had split I'm livid with the whole experience oil everywhere. I've had to fork out for a new sump another 5 and half litres of oil spent 2 days on my back under the car on axle stands to replace it. 200 pound plus down for what should have been a 20 mins oil change which would have cost 50 at most absolute cowboys who the hell doesn't know how to do a sump plug up correctly whoever it was needs sacking.
