In the past years, we have always received good service and quality products from your team, which is why we have continued to trust and invest in your products over the years. Several weeks and even months have passed before receiving answers from your company, which has greatly impacted our operations and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this recent experience has been disappointing.
As you know, we encountered significant issues with the torque converter we received ( Case: 2801 ), which required us to remove and reinstall the transmission multiple times, costing us valuable time and effort. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, the lack of timely communication made the situation even more frustrating. In the end, we had to find our own solution to make the product work properly.
Given our long-standing relationship and the reputation we have built in the racing community, we had higher expectations regarding product quality and after-sales support. I would appreciate your thoughts on how this situation could be addressed
