I purchased the service to carrier unlock the phone although I was weary I might be scammed. They got back to me the very next morning with instructions. By this time though, we had gotten my husbands phone back and didn't need the services any longer so I messaged them that we didn't need it but they could keep their fee since they did reach out and do their part. This morning I received a message that I was receiving a full refund because they don't take the money unless they do the work. It took about 2 weeks before they got back to me with the refund but most likely it's because they're busy. I will use their services if I ever need them again. It's very hard to find places that aren't out to scam you. But they are truly legit and I give them 5 stars. I would give more if I could
