I ordered an iron on 22/06 to date I have not received it and I cannot even get through to the customer service to get the refund! I gave them a chance despite the bad reviews. Bad mistake! I don’t usually write bad reviews however this is an exemption. I just don’t want another gullible person to be treated the same way. The one star rating appears only because the reviews are set that way, realistically it would be -5.
