I have been one of the most patient and understanding customers with Audi for what seems like a lifetime not well spent. Whenever I take my car to have something looked at/resolved I always seem to find that they (Audi technicians)“Find” new things wrong with it despite the car being a 2018 Q5 Sport which I took initially brand new. And, even whilst they doing “work” on “assessing” that issue, it usually carries on for an amount of days during which I am given either no interim replacement vehicle or a very poor one in comparison to mine. I have had enough of these constant inconveniences and am very unlikely to continue as an Audi customer in future.
