I have been on hold for over 36 minutes now. Got through to someone after 24 mins, when I pointed out I had been on hold for 24 minutes she apologised in the most "I don't care" manner and then proceed to transfer me to another "service" and now been on hold for 38 minutes and counting.
"Vorsprung durch Technik" clearly hasn't filtered through to their customer services department. Shockingly incompetent. So don't get an Audi as when you do have an issue they couldn't care less
