Trying to get a straight answer about a repair that our cosmetic repair insurance clearly covered is seemingly impossible. We have been told that we would get a call back, but are still waiting. For a "premium product" the service is shocking.
I am also aware that opening and closing times may have varied in the current corona crisis, but not having anyone answer the reception phone from 6pm onwards is a real problem when you work yourself each day.
