A notice about the delay in items and why the shipment was delayed would have helped in an email from AF. Partial product delivery is very good. As we said, it was the delay, which we found out by calling the Office's main phone number. Thus lack of communication made us worry.
Thus having to wait 2 weeks on the products, i.e. White Bread Pail (fabulous price for the sale, our once in a lifetime find I think,) manufacturing more this we understand. Just be nice if someone told us instead of us calling to find out.
