The seasoning in the chili mix is just right, and the Cornbread muffin is heaven! It's more like a corn muffin cake! One serving of Chili and Cornbread filled me up! We do wonder if the makers of the dehydrated beans can double soak them before cooking them and dehydrating them. They do have a gaseous effect on some of the family. (We soak and rinse twice, (first soak and rinse is two to four hours then clean water and soak until morning,) all the dry beans before cooking, even do this to the split peas overnight before making split pea soup. Add some BBQ Hickory seasoning to the split pea's don't need meat then!) Thank you.
