fantastic service and product. i got the pro one system due to no stock of berkey and am more than happy i did... the water is super clean, tastes great and is easy to use. i dont have any issue lifting off the top section to check my water level once a day. all stainless steel is a bonus including tap with stand.....when you first prepare your filters make sure you dont pour water into the small blue hole but wash vertically from the white round ceramic part......
