I have ordered a 4 gallon stainless steel Berkey from this store for my kitchen counter. I also ordered a pro-one travel filter system and a Berkey sports bottle. Each time I have been impressed with the fast delivery. Staff is super friendly. I had a small issue with the Pro-One Travel filter, which was in part my own mistake and not the fault of this store. Yet, they promptly replaced the broken item. Extreme high level of customer care and service. These guys are the best!!!
