Sam and Candice are incredibly patient and generous with their time answering all questions over the phone. I was disappointed that there was no response to a message I left and that I wasn't advised when I placed my original order for the water filter that the Pro One Promax Fluoride & Chlorine Shower Filter wasn't available. I wouldn't have ordered it and 2 weeks later I'm still waiting with no update.
Overall still happy and would buy again.
