First time ordering and I was a bit worried that I was scammed, as the two items I ordered did not arrive on the same day (a week apart) but the delivery notice at the post office said both items were delivered. After contacting Aussie Storm about this, they said it should arrive and that their end looked like it was still on its way. Held my breath for a week and luckily it arrived. Phew. So given that both items eventually got here (I am fully blaming the floods over east) and the good communication from customer service, I'd be happy to order from this crew again.
