In the latest order I received from your business. Your team wrapped up my food storage containers in heavy black plastic for postage transport (which is a great postage prep). To open my delivery I had to use a knife to cut through the heavy plastic, only to find that the 5 gallion Mylar bags I have also ordered for the delivery were placed on the outside of the storage containers (directly under the black plastic) instead of the usual place of inside the containers. The end result was I cut through several of the Mylar bags with the knife. I was hoping to purchase more supplies of your business, but this was a cost blow! Regards DEAN FELLOWES
