Extremely dissatisfied with this product. I bought this ProOne Water Filter 7 months ago and barely used it but as shown in the photo the filter has completely broken off its base. It
now does not filter properly at all. When I did filter it before it had broken off like this it tasted like plastic. Not worth the money, it's incredibly expensive for filtered water that tastes terrible and for a filter that breaks off without any force added to it.
