There was an honest mistake with the product I ordered (not the fault of Aussie Health Products, but, rather their supplier, who lost their vegan certification, and, therefore changed packaging, but did not inform that the old picture of the product on the website showing the certification on the old packaging, needed to be changed); And customer service (Lisa) understood and immediately gave me a full refund.
