Unbelievably fast to process orders, and great with customer service. They even sent a “How To Get Started” email so you know how to operate your product before it arrives! I “Pre-Ordered” a fridge that arrived 3 days later, which was a very welcome surprise! The fridge was packaged really well to ensure no in-freight damage, the cover it came with is really thick and durable, the fridge is running perfectly, the app connected without problems, the compressor is so much quieter than I expected, and I genuinely cannot get over the overall quality of every aspect of both the fridge, cover, delivery time, customer service, and everything in between! I’ve had it plugged in to 240V to test it for 10 minutes, the smaller section has dropped 10 degrees (Celsius) and the large section has dropped 9 degrees in that time, which is super impressive on such a hot day! (33 degrees indoors) I am super impressed, and extremely glad that I bought this product! The name says it all, this product and experience has been absolutely Kick Ass!
