The price, product and checkout is great. We have purchased several items from you and all are great. However your chosen courier is a nightmare every time. Late, lost and difficult on the phone. Please change your courier as it makes us buy elsewhere now. With our latest order it's still not here 10 days later with only the pick up noted on the tracking information. I ordered several items from elsewhere that day and all have arrived.
