I have been a return customer for a couple of years now & have always received orders within a few days. My latest purchase was ordered on Wednesday morning & delivered on Thursday afternoon. The packaging was in perfect condition. The only time I have had to contact support they were helpful in isolating my issue which happened to to enter the menu on a fridge to set parameters it didn’t explain that it had to be turned off at unit.
