I purchased a dcdc charger last year and the solar failed on it. The AD team helped me identify the problem and replaced my charger. Every product I have purchased is high quality but for me when I purchase a product I always look at customer service and the AD team are the best at that. I’m always referring mates to the Kickass products too. Because that’s what they are!! Thanks.
