Australian direct have been supporting me for quite some years and all products are of excellent Quality. I did have one issue and between us we were able to resolve this issue with great communication, prompt solutions to our problem. and the replaced unit is still going strong. I did notice if I am correct the line of upright Fridge freezers seems to have been discontinued. Over all very happy and have recommended Aussie direct when I have been asked about camping products
