Never had an issue dealing with Australian Direct to date, I often use Facebook or Instagram messenger to contact the team with questions before I buy and they are always quick to respond and offer heaps of support.
I now own the Kickass DCDC charger, 75L fridge and shower awning - I will definitely be back!
