I purchased a 2000 watt inverter from Australian Direct and it was delivered in a few days during a time when other suppliers could not provide a similar product due to shortages. I had it installed, but it did not function as it should. After a number of discussions to ensure I appeared to have it set up correctly they sent me a voucher to return the product. They tested it, confirmed it was operating as required and worked with me to improve the installation to improve performance. Basil who managed the repair was most helpful and willing to speak with me on a number of occasions and resolve the issue. A much appreciated support service.
