Just great products and a terrific company to deal with. Having bought a few of their Kick Ass products--namely at caravan shows but also on-line, I've always found thei products to be of very high quality. Only a few days ago, I ordered (on-line) a battery charger. The charger arrived within a few days (of ordering), however on opening the package, I discovered the alligator clips were missing (no, I don't know how either?). I called the company, and Antonio answered my call. He was very apologetic and asked if I could email him a photo of the contents I had received. I did, and within a day, he had confirmed that a set of alligator clips was on their way to me. No hassle, no disclaimers, just plain good old fashioned service. Lovely to see a company who supplies quality products and backs up what they sell. I'll be back for more. Alan.
