Purchased a $30 USB hub from this online reseller.
Paid for express post and received it very fast which was good.
Plugged in the device and everything seemed good until i went to turn it off, it wouldn't actually turn off. So the only way to turn it off is to unplug from the cigarette lighter.
Contacted company and went thru the online warranty claim and even sent a video of the fault.
Received a reply email from a Blake who told me to send my one back and he would post out another one at the same time. Explained to him that i had glued my backing plate to the truck and don't have original packaging anymore and that if he just sent me the replacement hub (only) first i could avoid downtime with use in my truck and could then just do a swap over and send back my faulty hub in his replacement packaging and he could then RMA a complete faulty set when he received it.
Apparently this was not possible so instead i will just throw it in the bin and use the replacement one i purchased from amazon. Customer service like a brick
