Dear Aussie direct My recent purchase of a agm battery and box didn’t start well however it ended better than expected. After trying to contact several times by phone I decided to visit there warehouse in kunda Park, QLD Being frustrated before arriving I tried to keep my cool, after ringing the bell and meeting Craig who looks after the warehouse floor he helped cool me down and to cut a long story short left me with high praise for Craig and Aussie direct as a company to deal with.
