I had a good experience over the phone while enquiring about a plug and play premium dc dc charger plus a plug and play wiring kit for myself and father in law.
The guy on the other end was very informative,soon after our conversation he set me a email with pricing and availability.He had also attached a wiring diagram guide which was very helpful.
I ordered all the parts that night.
