Absolutely fantastic! I first learned of Australian direct when a friend sent me an Australia Direct video that showed me the items I required and more importantly how to install them. I had one or 2 small issues when ordering but the speed of communication and the personalised approach was simply off the charts. Ordering online has become reasonably simple now but too often when you have a question or something that 'out of the box' it's difficult to speak to people that have a 'can do' attitude and will make a decision or are empowered to make a decision, it's not the case at Australian Direct. I'll use AD again and I couldn't be happier! (well, I could if I wasn't in lockdown!)
